The vegetable medley consist of sliced carrots, green beets, minced garlic, and red potatoes—marinated in Tamari Soy Sauce, Apple Cider Vinegar, & Worcestershire Sauce; with multiple spices [including Rosemary]; and, coated with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with a bit of brown sugar—then oven roasted.
I also marinated the pork chops in sauces [like above], with minced garlic. I then floured and browned chops before finishing them in the oven. With the crumbs & drippings, I made a rich gravy that I coated the chops with after removing from the oven.
I served the chops and veggies with apple sauce and cranberry sauce. The flavors of the complete meal POPPED!
