Enhanced the sauce to have enough liquid to nearly cover the brisket: added more Ketchup & vinegar; added beer; more spices and black pepper; put in some Carolina Reaper 2,200,000 SHU—listed as the hottest pepper [it does not take much]; and, of course–more brown sugar.
